Osho Sambodhi Meditation Center registered at Dhangadhi, Nepal
'Congrats!' to all inner searchers and lovers of Osho. Osho Sambodhi Meditation center has been registered at Dhangadhi in Nepal. It has eight members initially for registration and hope to have many members soon. Also to add to the spreading of Osho's message a small magazine in the local language has been launched. The magazine by the name of 'Jujharu' is selling well in Kailali district of Nepal.
Now is the time to acquire good funding resources. We hope that within a year a sizeable bank balance will be available for running the meditations on a routine basis and also hold groups from time to time.
Dhangadhi is located in the far western region of Nepal where barely anyone has heard of the great contemporary mystic Osho in this region. It is now the time for all who know Osho to spread his message by thought, word and meditation. Looking at the world situation one should try and put in all effort and energy towards motivating people towards meditation, as it seems the only hope left for a better world.
Sannyasin's ought to meditate and be running like mad dogs to spread the message of beloved Master Osho. It is the most difficult thing to do as no one is interested in waking up; they want to snore and remain fast asleep; and if anyone trys to disturb them they are full of rage and full of hate. It's a difficult task but howsoever difficult it may seem one should never give up trying. And in trying it's a joy. In fact its the greatest joy one feels in spreading Osho's words of widom.
In a certain way the world is waking up to hear the words of Osho, thanks to the computer and the multimedia. Osho's words are spreading fast like wildfire and anyone who can read can feel the the ancient wisdom come to life. The joy rushing in the veins and the heart throbbing with bliss, and any moment one can be blissed out. as it's a 'sheer joy' to hear and to read him.
All friends and lovers of Osho are requested to help this center grow, It's still in a budding stage. It is your center and any help in cash or kind, advice, suggestions or gossip will be highly appreciated.
Maybe we'll meet one day, till then 'Keep Dancing and Meditating.' Love and thanks to all.

Kundalini meditation
This is a sister meditation to the Dynamic meditation, normally done in the evening. Its a form of expressing the joy and shaking away all the tensions. In light mood one dances away the blues. There are three stages to this meditation.
(1) Standing in a loose dress preferably a maroon gown start shaking the body, keeping the eyes closed. Shake the body vigorously starting from the toes upwards for fifteen minutes standing at one place along with the music for the beginner.
(2) The second stage is to dance in any way one feels, flow along with the music which changes in the second stage. The eyes may be slightly open to see your way around. This stage is also for 15 minutes
(3) The third stage is when the music changes one sits or lies down on the floor in a total let go just listening to the music or just being aware of the breathing. This is also for 15 minutes.
(4) The fourth stage is to relax and let go for 15 minutes. One may lie down and just be aware of the feeling or breathing. There is no music in the fourth stage.
This 'Kundalini' meditation must be done preferably every day till one feels a need for change. It should be done before meals on a light stomach and before retiring to bed.
Lets try this joys meditation and see for our selves how our awareness grows. It may work wonders.

Turning in.
Hi everybody! its good to know someone may read this blog and get my message. Likes and dislikes does not matter. Its just the feeling of expression that matters. All that matters is the art of turning in, which in other words is called 'Meditation.' For the beginner one has to thrash out all the suppressed emotions then just be aware of the present or the breath or the rise and fall of the belly along with the incoming and out going breath. If this is not possible just be aware of the thoughts and the energy in the body. Then relax, be in a 'Let go,' 'Look in' and 'Listen,' called the three 'L's. Now the question arises as to how to express the suppressed emotions? well for at lest 60 minutes one has to do a meditation called 'Dynamic meditation.' There is a lot of material on this subject because it has become the most effective and common most methodology of self expression of the suppressed emotions. The steps are as follows;
(1) Take in deep fast breath through the nostrils in and out for ten minutes. Support the deep fast breathing with the body, standing and in light maroon colored loose gown if possible With eyes closed or lightly covered.
(2) Second stage is to let go, go mad with awareness. Express your emotions, in gibberish, weep, cry, scream, shout, jump shake madly, laugh whatsoever you feel like expressing, express without holding back except that you do not disturb or touch anyone.
(3) Third step is to raise the arms above the head and jump as high as possible, landing gently with the toes and then the flat of your feet. and at the same time shouting 'hoo' from the very depth of your body.
(4) Fourth step is to suddenly stop and remain frozen in whichever position you are and adjust very slowly only if you have to. This position remains for 15 minutes.
(5) The fifth step is the celebration part, enjoy, dance, for 15 minutes then lie down or sit down and relax.
The first three stages are for 10 minutes each while the fourth and fifth stages are of 15 minutes each. For the beginner this meditation is done with music.
This dynamic meditation should be done every day the first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This meditation should be done throughout life till one feels the need to change to another meditation or one feels and goes into a relaxed state of meditation and there seems no further need for this meditation.
The benefits of this meditation can be felt and known only by the doer. The rest is in the Master's hands, His blessings will be there for sure but only the doer will experience that which is in expressible. Only the person who does this meditation sincerely and regularly will know.
It is hereby requested that if you have no zest for life. Everything seem dead and drab and no juice in life, you are just dragging on, then friend shake off the lethargy and start 'Now!' and see for yourself. You will be thankful to 'Osho.' It 'll be the only worthwhile thing that you did in you life. I too will be great full you read this and acted on it.
